Capacity building of primary and nursery school teachers

From 1 to 04 September 2021, will be held in the 10 regions of Cameroon, regional capacity building seminars for Primary and Nursery Education teachers recruited on behalf of the year 2020.
After the publication, on July 29, 2021, of the second wave of three thousand (3,000) teachers recruited under PAREC, the Government through the Support Program for Education Reform in Cameroon (PAREC) with funding from the World Bank, strengthens the capacities of teachers. The purpose of this training is to: Strengthen their pedagogical skills in the exercise of the teaching profession (psychological, technical and usual tools…), Ensure the impregnation of new recruits with aspects of ethics, career and administrative deontology. These teachers are mainly made up of newly recruited and deployed teachers, as well as candidates selected on the waiting lists for the 2019 and 2020 editions.
